BUSHES ARE MADE OF NYLON/PTFE AND ARE £16.00 per set. These are not 'dead' tight, allowing for movement with the shock and engine vibration, these also have movement on the mountings. You can also buy these as a spring and bush set to convert your own shock.

Techy stuff: These springs are made from hard drawn silicone chrome which makes them super-strong, almost twice as strong as standard drawn springs - THE STANDARD ONES ARE THE TYPE USED ON THE CNC SHOCKS SOLD BY OTHERS FOR LAMBRETTAS. MINE WILL NOT SNAP, GUARANTEED!!!!! Mine are also 2.25" wide, others are 1.8", mine are also 1/2" longer. This means mine do not need to be dual rated as they WILL NOT GO COILBOUND or be put under extra stress due to the coils being tighter wound............the claim from the manufacturers is that they have sold over 1,000,000 springs without 1 failure!

1/2 stone and ride mainly 1-up you only need a 180lbs spring, over 14
1/2 or ride mainly 2-up go for the 225lbs.
