Top quality Lambretta series 2 bolt on side panel clip. This secures the side panel to the frame and is removable to make changing a tyre, or removing the rear hub, possible.
 
This is a simple fit, and comes with full instructions. Grind off the existing hook (the hook only) and tidy up with a demel or files, offer up the new one and mark 2 x 5mm holes, drill and fit the new hook with the bolts provided.
