This is a heavy weight brass handlebar bush for the GP type throttle/gear rods using a 5mm roll pin. These reduce the weight, movement and wear in the handlebars and also reduce headset vibration from the extra weight. These should be a tight fit into the handlebar rod - always helps to Loctite these together with the 5mm roll pin.
