These are a straight swap as a like-for-like or you can swap this instead of your advanced / retarded timed CDI with no other alterations, other than to move your stator plate and strobe, to give you static ignition. 
 
These are easily distingushed by their WHITE earth wire, the advance/retard type is GREEN.
