  These are 2mm thick and are designed to be used with a long stroke crank to achieve the correct squish when the head is torqued down, these will usually give you all the power at the top end and should not require a head gasket, just the cylinder head 'O' ring, but ALWAYS check your squish when building a high powered engine!
