This is a WIDE VESPA sip tubeless rim in polished. Comes with 5 x long nuts and nordlocks. The rim allows fitting tires from 3.00 up to 3.50-10 or a metric tyre 100/90 x 10 etc. The inner shape was modified to speed up tyre fixing, although this usually needs to be done using a tyre fitting machine, depending on what tyres you fit. 
 
Standard size is 2.10, this rim is 2.50-10 but you just fit standard tires to them. A wide rim gives you extra stability.
